Birla Estates Receives 'Sword of Honour' from British Safety Council and Recognised Among ET Now's Best Organisations for Women 2026
Dual Recognition for Safety and Inclusion
Birla Estates received the 'Sword of Honour' from the British Safety Council and was recognised among ET Now's Best Organisations for Women 2026, according to the company's FY26 annual performance disclosure. These accolades reflect distinct commitments within the organisation across two critical areas: workplace health and safety management, and gender equity in the corporate environment.
Safety Excellence Across Projects
Birla Niyaara and Birla Tisya won the Sword of Honour from the British Safety Council for health and safety excellence. The Honour Awards celebrate and reward organisations that have reached the pinnacle of health, safety, wellbeing and environmental management. These awards follow rigorous audits and independent adjudication by the Council, a London-based international body that has assessed workplace safety management for over four decades.
Gender Inclusion Recognition
The ET Edge Best Organisations for Women summit spotlights and commends companies that have taken significant strides and set new standards for diversity, equity and inclusion in Corporate India. The recognition underscores Birla Estates' workplace policies and practices that support women's career development, representation, and leadership progression across the organisation.
Broader Performance Context
