Short-term Debt Redemption Underscores Liquidity Strength

Part of Broader Debt Management Strategy

Transition to Pure-Play Real Estate
By divesting its legacy Century Pulp and Paper division to ITC Limited for ₹3,498 crore, the company has effectively shifted from a diversified conglomerate to a pure-play real estate developer.
