Birla Arika Phase 2 is an ultra-luxury residential development by Birla Estates in Sector 31, Gurugram. Phase 2 introduces 160 high-end units across 2 towers, expanding on the success of Phase 1.
Project Scale and Design
The project is part of a plan that covers about 13.5 acres of land and is close to important business areas and NH-48 which makes it good for people who live there and for investors. The development has tall residential towers that go up to around 40 floors.
