Experience and Track Record

Sachin brings over 23 years of deep, hands-on experience in real estate development, construction execution, project management, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered complex residential, commercial, hospitality, and data centre projects across India, earning respect for his ability to turn around stressed projects, build strong execution teams, and institutionalize governance practices.

Prior to joining Birla Estates, Sachin held senior leadership positions at reputed organizations including Tata Realty and Panchshil Realty.

Role and Responsibilities

Under his new position, Sachin will be managing the entire projects portfolio of Birla Estates spread across the country. In his new role, Sachin will oversee pan-India operations, managing multiple large and diverse projects across regions.

Strategic Focus Areas

His appointment comes at a time when the Aditya Birla Group's property division is increasing its focus on timely completion of projects, quality, and green building developments at the national level. His leadership philosophy—clarity of intent, accountability at every level, collaboration over silos, and disciplined execution—aligns seamlessly with Birla Estates' long-term vision of building high-quality, sustainable developments backed by strong governance.
